This is a process focused on the shamanic journey and using the Visual Soul Journal process to interpret what comes through. This is a much more intuitive and creative way of learning. We get out of our heads and into our hearts. I have seen people do soul retrieval work on their own through this way of expressing. We have become so far away from our own creative self, and it is through the creative process we access the “other worlds”. This process can also be used for pain management.
For years creativity has been used to access the other worlds, artists do it all the time. It is the self talk that makes us think we have to be an artist in order to produce anything of value, but what does “anything of value” mean? It is all subjective, all art is subjective. Some of the greatest works of art I look at and wonder what the heck? Granted there are many gifted and natural artists, but remember we all are, we have to find our niche. Just like we all have a voice, just what is our voice.
