Conscious communication is a skill we must master in order to have relationships in which everyone feels safe. In our deep, intimate connections, and in the sexual healing realm, we must communicate clearly and effectively. Here, we awaken our ability to share what is authentic and real in a loving, compassionate way, which develops and empowers our creative voice. Using “toning” exercises with a Nurturing Practice, you will learn to fell and move energy through your entire body. As you start to trust yourselves fully, you claim your natural authority.
Many people who practice shamanism as a daily practice are blown away by how little they really know and discover that deeper healing is needed for them to be utilize your gifts more fully.

"This experiential two-day workshop offers a rare opportunity to connect with an indigenous Nepalese shaman, Bhola Banstola. A much beloved international teacher, Bhola is a shaman of marvelous power and heart! The weekend will be devoted to the healing of oneself - both in its own right and as a foundation for doing healing work for others. Traditional Nepali shamanic healing systems and practices will be introduced and will be followed by a technique for inducing the shamanic trance. Participants will have opportunities to experience cleansing of unbeneficial energies, offer thanksgiving and have a beginning initiation in the Nepalese tradition. If this is your first experience being in circle with Bhola, prepared to be entranced!
